This series is sickening. All she sees with women is to be baby makers! Or MOTHERS! They all rely on men! They are just arm candy! She gave Lorain and Eliza traditional roles even though they are in a relationship! She doesn't have enough action scenes. The only notable POC is the Atlantian Doctor. He hardly does anything remarkable!

Ewww! Its a furry! She has talking dogs! And talking cats! I hope the villains win. These characters deserve to die! They are one dimensional and simple archetypes. Not fully fleshed out like GRRM's. No originality! Its so cliche!

At this point? Most writers are hardest on themselves.
If something isnt want you want? You might have to learn to cook it yourself. Refine your writing to the best of YOUR ability. Keep growing.
